Court, Makenna, Briona, Damon, Kalin and Kirsten enjoying an after the game golf cart ride!Well last night was the long awaited for first softball game for Makenna. She was so excited all day yesterday as she came home right after preschool and put her ball clothes on. John started his new job at the hospital yesterday too and was able to come to her game last night so she was all fired up about him getting to come watch. All in all things went great! There is nothing like watching 2 teams of 11 little 8u girls each figuring it out as they go! You never know what is going to happen next so there is usually plenty of opportunity to have a smile on your face : ) I think the coach was even impressed at how things turned out.......you did a good job out there with the little girls Mike! So, below are a few pictures of the game and from there it is off to Washington Thursday night for Court's first official game of the season! I just love softball!!!!
